Can we you add a gift card for a special occasion ?

There isn't enough space in the box for my personalisation
✓ That's no problem at all. Place your order and send us an email with your order number or contact our Customer Service

✓ Yes we do. Daily we send many orders worldwide. Please contact our Customer Service
You gave a wrong delivery address. Can we change it
✓ Unfortunately if your order has already been send we can't change your delivery address no more. You can always try to contact our shipping agent directly with your shipping or tracking number. If your order hasn't been send we will be happy to send it to your new address and if the destination country will be the same there won't be any extra costs. Please contact our customer service as fast as possible.
What happens if you aren't at home when we try to deliver.
✓ If you aren't at home when our shipping agent try to deliver it will depends on what way of shipment you have selected. Because most orders are delivered we know from experience the local post man made offen special agreements with their customers but in most cases your order will be in the nearest post office. Can you send my items to more then one delivery address ?

Can I send my order directly to an other receipient ?
